At launch, only completed direct KŌZĒ reservations verified by our team qualify. Each eligible booking counts as one stay. Cancelled reservations, no-shows and third-party bookings are excluded.
Once your reward is approved and its coupon is active, it appears in your account with its conditions. Copy the code, choose an eligible property and dates, and enter it at checkout. You do not need to message our team to make that booking.
Sign in and open My stays to request a review. Our team will check your reservation before adding it. Submitting a reference does not automatically award a stay or a reward.
Your reward conditions specify which dates, properties and offers are eligible. Loyalty discounts are not intended to combine with other offers. The final booking price and coupon conditions must be confirmed before payment.
